Leon began his career as an insurance agent for Allstate Insurance. By his second year with Allstate, he received the Chairmen's Conference - the company's highest award. This prestigious award earned him a ten-day trip to Sydney, Australia. In his third year, Leon won trips to Switzerland and Paris, France.

Seeking a new challenge, Leon joined the pharmaceutical industry. Using his "Five Steps To Career Success," formula, Leon was once again at the top of his game. In his first year, Leon was named "Rookie of the Year, " at Schering-Plough, a pharmaceutical company that develops, manufactures and markets treatment programs to improve people's health. Within two years, he established himself as the number one sales representative, winning trips to Rome, Italy; Paris, France; and a Mediterranean cruise where he conducted his first International Motivational Seminar.

Leon has also garnered several speaking awards, and has been a guest on numerous radio and television shows.
